Ich habe mir hier zweimal ein Motorrad geliehen. Einmal war alles perfekt. Beim zweiten Mal musste ich die Abnutzung am Lack durch meinen Tankrucksack ersetzen. Aus meiner Sicht habe ich aber keinen Schaden verursacht. Der Lack war einfach nicht geeignet. Und man wollte das Motorrad quasi wie neu verkaufen. Ist es aber nicht, wenn man es vermietet und dafür Geld bekommt. Schade! Somit wurde es definitiv zu teuer.

Experiencia 10 TOP Estando de vacaciones en Las Palmas decidimos a última hora cruzar a Tenerife. Necesitaba una moto y en una búsqueda rápida en google. Me encontré con esta empresa. Solo quedaba 1 moto, la moto honda cb125R la alquilamos Me hubiese encantado alquilar la africa twin. La atención del personal excelente, muy atentos y la entrega muy rápida. The bike (Ducati Scrambler 2nd Gen) was in great condition, clean and fitted with good (road-) tyres, included a phone mount with wireless charging. Administration was easy, prices fair and deposit was paid back swiftly. Parking your car is slightly challenging in the area, but if someone takes you, you can be dropped off easily.Diky za vaše služby. We were here in April - the south side of the island is dry and sunny, and the northern part (both west and east) has more precipitation - be prepared to get wet! Saturday morning at 9 we collected an Honda Africatwin 1100 and an Honda 750. After een verry good en nice instruction we had 5 wunderfull days at Grand Canaria. It did not matter what route we did take. The views were macnificent everytime. The nature was so overwelming. The weather perfect for riding aproc. 22 degrees. We did already ride in Italië, Germany, France, Osteria and Switserland but they cannot stand the beautyful mix of roads in Gran Canaria. The Italian Stelvio was nothing compared with this. Wednesday we brought back the motors. We were expected at Canary Ride by a nice lady. She inspected the motorcycles and gave us our deposite back. We olso got a giftcard for a cup of Coffee. A nice closure for 5 nice days. Excuse my bad English. There is som hidden gems in the mountains, and the food is as always best away from the tourist traps.. From the very first time we came to Canary Ride, we have always felt very well taken care of. The motorcycles are of very high standard, always fully checked technically, and equipped with good tires. Ondrey and his staff is always serviceminded and does this with a smile! Only the included helmets are the biggest flaw, if you can bring your own, please do. I had to stop every hour to take it off. Entire forehead was red and painful. Ergänzend erhielten wir noch eine Karte und persönliche Infos über empfehlenswerte Strecken auf GC. Durch einen Umfaller wurde ein Bike beschädigt, die Berechnung wurde fair behandelt, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, das hier Profit erwirtschaftet werden soll. Fazit: Wir waren mit der Wahl für Canary Ride sehr zufrieden, hatten fünf tolle Motorradtage und werden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Jennifer und Ondrej für den tollen ServiceWir haben bei Canary Ride für 5 Tage 2 BMW 1300 GS gemietet. Motorräder und Service super und sehr freundlicher Umgang! They told me the bike is available.. and highlighted I had to give a deposit at the time of pickup. Also that you shall pick up the bike before 5 pm on Friday. And you can drop the bike on Sunday afternoon… this is good by the way and for me was clear. That’s all. When I arrived in Las Palmas I send a new WhatsApp and then I understand that I need to pay in advance to confirm the booking and also I have to give back the bike before 16h on Sunday otherwise they charge an other day… I was still confused by this message and also busy in a meeting when I received a new message telling me the bike had been booked by an other guy. I was frustrated…So that’s all and I moved to an other place called Valsebikes. But don’t mean Canary ride is bad and they had suggested me alternative bikes. Canary ride has a great choice of bikes and allow to drop the bike back on Sunday… this is a good advantage; just be careful with the pre-booking procedure and Enjoy the island 😉Rented the Ducati Desertx for a day. Absolutely no complaints! Everything worked out perfectly! Great experience Everything went fine, bike was ready and in good shape. Check in process was easy. One recommendation could be to have from Canary Ride some routes in Gpx files ready. I have just returned Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled which I had rented for 5 days. Booking was very easy done online. Pickup was smooth. No paperwork, everything is digital. Bike was ready and in a good shape. Bike was equipped with crashbars and phone holder which is very handy in Las Palmas full of one way streets :) I used my own riding gear so I cannot say anything about this option. But what I can say is that these 5 days on twisty roads of Gran Canaria were great. Motorcycle is the best way how to discover the island if you have driving license of course :) At the same time it is a good training for cornering :D And last point - Canary Ride has Ducati bikes. The bikes were clean, brilliant flawless examples. He had protectors on both, which should you drop a bike is good for you and for him. We wanted top boxes which were good. Both bikes came with phone holders + power connector so you could use your phone as a sat nav. His services and responsiveness was brilliant. He was really pleasant to deal with and spoke good English. Nothing to do with him ... but Gran Canaria is utterly brilliant for unending slow corners in varying countryside. It was possibly the best biking we have done, because of the unending corners and the views, on powerful bikes you can completely rely on.Great service Good service and quick and easy process. Bike was in perfect condition. 24 hours solo rental was a joy. Good price!We rented 4 motorcycles (3x Honda CB500X and 1x Honda NC750) for 3 days. When we arrived at the workshop, we were able to collect the motorcycles in 10 minutes. There were plenty of helmets, jackets, gloves, etc. to choose from, so you could find the ones that fit you right. We stayed connected through Whatsapp through the whole rental. If we had any problems, they didnt hesitate to help us. Die Motorräder sind größtenteils neuwertig und werden nach jedem Verleih wieder komplett durchgecheckt und gewartet - sehr gut. Die Terminabsprache und Durchführung klappte absolut zuverlässig, und selbst die komplette Fahrerausrüstung vom Helm über Kombi bis zu den Stiefeln und Handschuhen kann man sich vor Ort leihen - vorbildlich. Sogar Topcases etc können geliehen werden; es fehlt an nichts. Bei Canary Ride wird auch Deutsch gesprochen und das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - absolute Empfehlung!
