About the Yamaha Tracer 7 GT
The GT is Yamaha's touring-equipped variant of the Tracer 7 — adds a quickshifter and (depending on market and MY) hard side panniers as standard, plus a comfort/touring screen, over the base Tracer 7. Same 689 cc CP2 parallel twin, EU-homologated 73 hp / 67 Nm, 6-speed manual with the GT-trim quickshifter. Adjustable 845-865 mm seat for two ride positions, 18 L tank. CP2 platform shared with the MT-07, XSR 700 and Ténéré 700 — friendly midrange power, lightweight chassis. An A2 35 kW restrictor kit is officially available from Yamaha (the Canary Ride bike is full A power).
